If you can't install, open or run the software, it is very possible your anti virus program has blocked our software even though it is safe. This is because we use software that interacts with your hardware to mine virtual currencies. These are often flagged as Coin or Bitcoin Miners. These are safe and are needed to generate currency.
Please check your virus Quarantine or Virus Vault and restore the blocked files. Below is a list of instructions on how to do just that for specific antivirus programs.
